Shipping & Returns

It is the buyers responsibility to check the item and contents within 7 working days of receive of goods. Any irregularities, missing parts or faults must be reported to us by email within 7 working days with attached photos. If the item is faulty we are happy to exchange all faulty parts for free of charge. Buyer is responsible for the safe return of goods in their original (reselleable) condition and packing within 7 working days of receiving from manufacturer. Buyer will be responsible to arrange carrier on their own cost and send it back to the manufacturer to Poland. As soon as item will reach manufacturer we will provide refund and deduct 20% value of the item for restocking fee. A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment. 

Given the size and weight of goods, furniture are delivered to the building door only and there will be no taking goods upstairs.
Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs and all transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the buyer risk and discretion.
Our drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods.

Note that shipping costs may not be refunded. For units that have been damaged after delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund.

For ZONE colour purple we charge extra . For ZONE colour orange and green we DONT DELIVERY !
